V-type blender (or mixer), or Y-cone blender (or mixer), belongs to the group of rotary mixers. This group is designed and manufactured for fast and high-quality mixing and blending dry, bulk, powdery or granular materials and components.
The principle of the V-type mixer blending is based on the movement of the components of the mixture under the action of the rotation of the container and the gravitational forces along a composite trajectory.
The shape of container provides a variable trajectory. At the same time the container inside is completely smooth without projections and “dead zones”. This construction greatly simplifies the washing of the mixer and provides full (100%) unloading the material. These properties of blender allow it to be used in the manufacturing of production with high requirements for sanitation.
The blender is most effective used for mixing the mixtures which are consist of two and more components and are different in their physic-mathematical properties: solidity, density, the shape and size of particles.
Also we offer the modification V-type blender with cutter that allows besides the laminar mixing also reducing the material to fine particles, and breaks up lumps when the liquid phase is introduced.
Pharmaceutical reactor
Pharmaceutical reactor is special-purpose mixer, the main task of which is the conducting a sequences of chemical processes under the physical special conditions, temperature, pressure, vacuum, barbotage and mixing.
According to the planned processes reactor can be equipped by the heating and/or cooling jacket, thermo-insulation and have different types of mixing devices:
- High Flow propeller mixers for laminar mixing or dissolving bulk materials in liquids;
- Propeller mixers INTERMIG for laminar mixing and crystallization of materials;
- Anchor mixers with scrapers for laminar mixing and removal the near-bottom layer;
