Mixers for dry ingredients

Horizontal Bulk Products Mixer is designed for mixing a variety of fine components and products, such as pharmaceutical components, chemical compounds and substances, food products, food powders and additives, perfumes and cosmetics and much more.

The industrial mixer is made of stainless steel, which allows it to be used both in the food and pharmaceutical industries. Due to the special design of the mixer, all products and components are evenly mixed to a homogeneous consistency. If during the mixing process it is required to introduce liquid substances, the mixer can be retrofitted with a special injection system for adding liquid and oily substances.

Additional options include:

• a high-speed (high-speed) turbine that breaks lumps that appear due to the specific properties of certain products prone to lumping;
• a frequency converter that allows you to smoothly adjust the speed of rotation of the screw;
• components and products using aspiration systems;
• bin system, thanks to which the mixing process is carried out in replaceable hermetically sealed containers;
• automation system that allows the rotation cycle of the mixer and the overall cycle of the equipment to be set on the programmer.

When you turn the mixer on and off, the settings do not go astray, since all the set operation parameters are saved in the system. The programmer allows minimizing human involvement in the production process and ensuring the high quality of the resulting product.

If dosed unloading of components is required, a screw device is installed on the mixer. Thanks to the screw discharge, you can quickly and evenly pour the final product from the mixer into a bag or other container.

For more convenient loading or movement of the finished product, which will be subjected to other technological processes, the mixer and the screw conveyor can be connected into a single system.
