V mixer with cutter

The mixer is a V-shaped tank mounted on the frame and equipped with a rotational drive (gear motor). The capacity of the V-blender is made of food grade AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel and has hermetic loading and unloading units.
Also, the mixer is equipped with a positioning system, which allows you to stop the V-shaped tank in the “loading-unloading” position (the discharge valve is strictly down). The control panel is equipped with a work timer, an emergency stop button and a motor control protection system.

The components are loaded into the mixer through loading doors that are sealed with lids. Working capacity has a complex asymmetric shape, providing three-dimensional movement of particles of material. When the mixer rotates, the materials, under mild driving conditions, are mixed along complex intersecting paths, as they are poured under the action of gravity, they are mixed together. Such a process eliminates the negative effect of centrifugal forces and provides high-quality mixing with a minimum expenditure of energy and time.
The principle of the V-type mixer blending is based on the movement of the components of the mixture under the action of the rotation of the container and the gravitational forces along a composite trajectory.
The shape of container provides a variable trajectory. At the same time the container inside is completely smooth without projections and “dead zones”. This construction greatly simplifies the washing of the mixer and provides full (100%) unloading the material. These properties of blender allow it to be used in the manufacturing of production with high requirements for sanitation.
