Bioreactor 75 liters

A bioreactor is a special-purpose apparatus, the main task of which is to mix the culture medium in the process of microbiological synthesis.

Reactors are used in the biotechnological industry in the production of medicines and veterinary drugs, vaccines, food products (enzymes, food additives), as well as in the bioconversion of starch and the production of polysaccharides.

The design of the reactor allows it to operate both under vacuum and at pressures up to 4 atmospheres. The heating jacket provides heating of the product up to 160 degrees Celsius.

Depending on the technological requirements for production processes, a chemical reactor of low, medium or high pressure, low-temperature or high-temperature, batch or continuous, is selected.
