Design

The chemical reactor is a stainless steel tank of AISI 304 or AISI 316, equipped with a heat-insulated heating jacket, a rotary drive, a seal assembly, a shaft with a frame agitator and a control panel. The reactor tank has hermetic loading and unloading units. The control panel is equipped with a heating meter-regulator, a frequency converter, buttons for starting and stopping the mixing device, buttons for starting and stopping the pump (optional), an emergency stop button and a motor control protection system.

Principle of operation

The loading of liquid and bulk components into the mixer is carried out through the flange clamp or charging port, which is hermetical sealed with a lid. The heating jacket ensures uniform heating and maintaining an optimum temperature from 20 ° C to 160 ° C according to the formulation. Flange clamps on the lid allow you to connect all the necessary equipment to create a vacuum or pressure inside the tank. When the mixing device rotates, materials under mild driving conditions are mixed along complex trajectories. Unloading of the finished product through the unloading bottom valve.
