SIGMA mixer

The SIGMA mixer belongs to the group of horizontal twin-shaft mixers.

This group of mixers is designed to intervene and homogenize bulk, viscous, thick and viscous materials, as well as their combinations.

The principle of operation of the mixer is based on the movement of the mass of material from the walls of the mixer to the center of the tank, with additional grinding of the material due to the difference in the speed of rotation of the shafts.
A special Z-shaped blade prevents the material from sticking and rotating together with the shaft.

The optional installation of the bottom screw is possible, for more intensive mixing, as well as for unloading and extrusion of the material.
In mixers without auger, unloading is carried out by flipping the tank.

The SIGMA parameters of the mixer and its volume are selected individually, depending on customer requirements.
