500l mixer with magnetic stirrer

Special-purpose mixer, the main task of which is the conducting a sequences of chemical processes under the physical special conditions – temperature, pressure, vacuum, barbotage and mixing.

According to the planned processes reactor can be equipped by the heating and/or cooling jacket, thermo-insulation and have different types of mixing devices:

• High Flow propeller mixers for laminar mixing or dissolving bulk materials in liquids;
• Propeller mixers INTERMIG for laminar mixing and crystallization of materials;
• Anchor mixers with scrapers for laminar mixing and removal the near-bottom layer;
• Homogenizer (dissolver) for intensive, cavitation mixing and homogenization of materials;
• Bottom propeller mixer with magnetic clutch for mixing liquids with high requirements to sanitation.
